What does 2 of 10 mean?

The "2" is the number of days you are purchasing, the "10" refers to a 10 day period that you have to ski your number of purchased days. I.E if you purchased a 5 of 10 day pass that starts on 12/1 you could ski any 5 days between 12/1 & 12/10.

 

What mountains can I ski with my lift ticket?

Your lift ticket is valid at Aspen, Snowmass, Buttermilk and Highlands.

 

How do I pick up my lift tickets?

Lift tickets purchased with Ski Trip Advisors will be placed in the Aspen / Snowmass Will-Call system and can be picked up at any Aspen / Snowmass Mountain lift ticket window. Please make sure to have a valid picture ID available along with your Ski Trip Advisors Travel Document. You may also choose to have your lift tickets delivered to your professionally managed hotel or condominium check-in location.

 

What if my tickets overlap seasons?

Lift tickets will be priced in the season on which the guest's first day of skiing falls. Two tickets (one in each season) may also be purchased.

 

What is your refund policy?

Multi-day lift ticket purchases are refundable at 80% of the value paid up until 24 hours prior to your product start date back to the credit card used for the initial purchase. Alternatively, all passes are subject to the Aspen Lift Ticket Guarantee. You may elect to store 100% of your purchase price in the form of an in-resort credit with Aspen Skiing Company that may be used towards future purchases up until the end of the following ski season. What is the Aspen Snowmass Guarantee Program?

The Aspen Snowmass Guarantee provides guests the opportunity to return partially-used lift tickets, within 14 days of expiration, and receive an internal credit toward future Aspen Skiing Company purchases.  When unused days are put into an RSVP account, guests receive monetary credit of the per day price of the unused days. Guests have the current season plus the season immediately following to use their RSVP credit.  RSVP credit may be used toward purchases of lift tickets, season passes, ski and snowboard school tickets, Four Mountain Sports rentals (credit is not valid on merchandise purchases.)  RSVP credits are non-transferable. Have an RSVP Credit from last season? When you purchase lift tickets, ski rentals or ski lessons through Ski Trip Advisors, you can receive cash back for your valid RSVP credits from the Aspen Skiing Company.
