Aspen Snowmass Lift Ticket Guarantee and In Resort Credit
ASPEN SNOWMASS LIFT TICKET GUARANTEE
The Aspen Snowmass Guarantee allows you to take advantage of our great lift ticket savings without risk. The more days you buy, the more you save. And we guarantee you have nothing to lose, even if you do not use all your lift ticket days.
Guests will receive an in-resort monetary credit for the per-day gross value of any unused days on their lift tickets. Only paid days on partially used promotional tickets (buy X get y) are eligible.
Guests should bring their ticket to any ticket office or call Ski Trip Advisors within 14 days of expiration to receive their credit.
In-resort credit may be used in the current season or the season immediately following towards future purchases of lift tickets, lessons or equipment rentals. Credit may not be used for purchases of merchandise or food.
In-resort credit may be transferred to someone else. Guests simply need to inform Aspen Skiing Company who will use the credit and they will put it in their name.

Have an Existing Credit?
Guests who have an existing in resort credit with Aspen Skiing Company may receive cash back when booking new products (lift tickets, ski school, 4 Mountain Sports ski rentals) through Ski Trip Advisors up to the value of the new products booked.
To receive cash back, please bring a copy of your in resort credit (we can provide this for you) along with your new order confirmation to any Aspen Four Mountain Lift Ticket Window. Provide the lift ticket representative with your in resort credit and new order documentation and inform the representative that you would like to receive cash back for your in resort credit as well as pick up your new ski tickets. If the representative has any questions, please have them call Aspen Group and Tour Services at (970) 923- 0554.
Multi-day lift ticket purchases are 100% refundable until picked up in resort and scanned at a lift. Refunds are not given on partially used multi-day tickets. To cancel your lift ticket order and request a refund, simply contact your sales agent.
