Terms and Conditions

This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions pursuant to which Ski Trip Advisors, herein referred to as STA, in return for payment by the participant of the tour price, agrees to provide the elements of the tour. Payment for a reservation on a tour or trip shall constitute acceptance and consent to all provisions of the Terms and Conditions. These provisions are hereby incorporated by reference of this Disclosure Notice, and passengers are advised to take note of them. TOUR PRICE: Tour prices quoted include applicable destination lodging taxes, as well as the package elements as described in tour inclusions. Any tips, gratuities, or other items not specifically mentioned as included are at the discretion of the tour participant. Your sales representative will verify the tour cost and your payment of the deposit will reflect your acceptance. No refund may be made for any accommodations, services, or other components of the package which are not utilized such as early checkout, unused lift coupons, unused air ticket coupons, etc. The prices quoted are subject to change according to unforeseen price increases due to, but not limited to fuel surcharges, tax increases or foreign exchange fluctuations. All prices are quoted per person, unless otherwise indicated.RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT: A deposit equaling 50% of your total tour price is required at the time of booking or within seven (7) days of making a reservation. Additional payments may be required for airfare. Some resorts/properties have higher deposit requirements-you will be advised at the time of booking of the required amount. Upon receipt of deposit, confirmation of receipt as well as an outline of your costs will be forwarded to you. No reservations or contract shall exist between STA and the client until (1) STA has received a deposit, and (2) STA has signified acceptance by issuing a written confirmation to the tour participants (or their travel agent when appropriate). Final payment is due 60 days before departure. We request that you please adhere to the final due date. A service charge of $50 will be charged on any returned checks.CHANGES AND LATE BOOKING: Any change in the reservation after your deposit has been received may be charged a $50 per person change fee. If booked within 30 days of travel, full payment is due immediately. Within 14 days, a rush charge of $25 may be required with final payment.CANCELLATION POLICY: Travel is a perishable product which often cannot be resold. For this reason, penalties and restrictions apply with your vacation investment. We highly recommend the purchase of Trip Cancellation Insurance to help protect your vacation investment against unforeseen circumstances. If you cancel your reservation, YOUR RIGHT TO RECEIVE A REFUND IS LIMITED, as set forth in the following schedule. All requests for refund must be made in writing, or electronic message to STA. Date of receipt of notice will determine the applicable policy. This policy applies to the land portion only. Air penalties may be additional.90-60 days prior to departure: Full refund less 20% of total tour price.59-35 days prior to departure: Full refund less 50% of total tour price34 days or less prior to departure: No refund unless your space is resold by STA in which case a minimum 20% penalty will apply.Some properties and suppliers have higher penalties and these will apply and will supersede the terms and conditions herein. In certain cases, when vendor policies are more lenient, we may, at our discretion, extend these policies to you.No partial refunds will be made on lift tickets, car rentals, or unused portions of the package unless outlined specifically in your travel itinerary. Air fare penalties are determined by the carrier and vary. The air and land cancellation policy will be outlined to you by your sales agent. The tour participants failure to make payments under this agreement or the tour participants breach of this agreement shall be considered a cancellation by the tour participant as of the date of such failure or breach.RESPONSIBILITIES: Ski Trip Advisors is responsible to the participants for all arrangements and for all tour services and accommodations offered in these tours. STA, its agents, servants and employees shall not be responsible for personal injuries or property damages, loss or delay, or change of itinerary incurred by any person or tour participant arising out of the act of negligence of any direct or supplemental air carrier, hotel or other person rendering any of these services, or accommodations being offered in these tours; nor shall STA be responsible for any injuries, death, damage, loss or delay in any means of transportation or by reasons of any event beyond the actual control of STA or of any agent supplier or due to force majeure. The right is reserved to decline or accept or to retain any person as a member of a trip, or to cancel a trip.It is the responsibility of the lead name (primary client contact) in a reservation to communicate important information such as, but not limited to the Terms & Conditions herein, insurance coverage or cancellation policy. Failure to do so will not alter or change the Terms & Conditions or their substance.If the contract between STA and the passenger, on the one hand, and/or the contract between STA and the designated carrier, on the other hand, is canceled by STA for any reason whatsoever. All partial or full payments made for the trip will be refunded in their entirety, without further obligation on the part of STA.All rates quoted by STA are based on the current lodging property rates, local tax rates, lift ticket prices, current carrier tariffs, and are subject to adjustment without prior notification. In the event of changes therein, or to correct for any typographical errors herein, any increase resulting from such adjustment shall the responsibility of the client and will not modify the aforementioned cancellation provisions. The nature of skiing involves risks and unpredictable winter mountain weather and for these reasons, STA cannot assure any times at any point of an itinerary. STA does not purport to guarantee snow conditions at any resort at any time, although a minority of resorts will provide partial refunds or credits for inadequate snow. Tour participants ski at their own risk.

*You are guaranteed the lowest rate even after you book. If a last minute special becomes available that is ever lower than the price you paid, we will adjust your

order to reflect the lower price.

Refunds

*Your lift tickets are 100% refundable with no restrictions. Cancel any time up until your first day of skiing.

General

*Please note that there is an additional $5 Radio Frequency card fee per skier. Guests can return the card on their last day of skiing for a complete refund of $5. You may visit any lift ticket office for your refund after you have finished skiing.

*Lift tickets added into your package require a minimum 2 day advance purchase.

*Tickets are valid on all four mountains (Aspen, Snowmass, Buttermils & Highlands).

*Children 6 and under ski FREE but still need a lift ticket.

*8 through 12 day lift tickets are available at the same per day price of the 7 day lift ticket

*2 through 7 day lift tickets are valid for 10 days from the first use, 8+ day lift tickets are valid for 15 days from the first use.

*Seniors ages 70 and over may purchase a Premier Silver Pass, with unlimited use on all four mountains, for $379.

We loved the location of Copper One. Our condo 306 was perfectly sized and its balcony overlooking the entrance to the plaza was nice. We will stay at Copper One again. We were very pleased but do have a comment on the furnishings. We peeked into 310 across the hall and were able to make a comparison. The furnishings in our condo were out dated - old TVs in particular. Condo 310 had all flat screen LCD TVs and more modern furniture. It was similar in layout to ours, but with a counter/bar instead of a dining table. View wasn't as nice as ours.The management was top notch. We had to ask for a replacement toaster and plumbing service and both calls were answered promptly and courteously. The "Secret Pass" lift tickets were great! As were the $100 in food coupons. All in all, a great stay.I asked the management if we could see layouts of some other condos and they weren't willing or able to do so.
