Picking up your Aspen Snowmass Lift Tickets
When you book your lift tickets with Ski Trip Advisors you are confirmed directly with the Aspen Skiing Company and will be provided with the resorts Sales Order # for your order as well as the Customer ID # for each individual skier. Your tickets may be picked up in resort by any customer on your confirmation in one of two ways:
Delivered to your lodging check-in location
Aspen skiing company can deliver your lift tickets to your lodging check-in location provided you are staying in an in-resort hotel or professionally managed condo / private home. Deliveries are typically handled 2-4 days prior to your ticket start date. If you choose this option, the tickets will be waiting for you in an envelope at your check-in location and will be handed to you during your check-in process.
Will-call
This option allows you to pick up your lift tickets at any Aspen, Snowmass, Buttermilk or Aspen Highlands lift ticket window (listed below). You may also pick up passes from any Aspen Four Mountain Sports Ski Rental shop or Aspen Ski School location Simply let the lift ticket / ski rental desk representative know that you need to pick-up an advance purchase lift ticket order. Please be ready to present a valid picture ID as well as your Sales Order # (SO #).
