PLANNING A GROUP TRIP
Getting 20 or more people to the mountains takes a lot of coordinating. Our Vacation Specialists have planned it all, from weddings and family reunions to company retreats and ski club trips. We handle lodging, lift tickets, rentals, lessons, airport shuttles and group dinners, so you can enjoy the trip instead of managing it.
Book early. Groups that need 20 or more rooms get the best rates and the most choice when they plan up to a year in advance.

FAMILY REUNIONS
Multi-generational trips with something for every age and ability.

CORPORATE & MEETINGS
Retreats, incentive trips and meetings, with meeting space and group dining.

SKI CLUBS
Club trips, councils and student groups, from planning to the last run.
OUR FAVORITE GROUP DESTINATIONS
Something for everyone, lodging for groups of every size and space to host events.
SNOWMASS
There’s something for everyone in Snowmass, with terrain for every ability and nearly all of the lodging right on the slopes. Restaurants, shops and ski school are steps from the lifts, and Aspen’s restaurants and nightlife are a free bus ride away. Large condos, townhomes and hotels with meeting and event space make it easy to keep a whole group together.
TELLURIDE
Telluride gives a group the best of both worlds: a walkable historic town full of restaurants and après spots, and Mountain Village’s slopeside lodging, linked by a free gondola. Terrain suits every level, and lodging runs from boutique hotels to large private homes, with resort hotels that can host meetings and events.
WHAT GROUP LEADERS SAY
“My guests were very happy with the service and how easy the process was.”
