Low Price Guarantee

We offer a Low Price Guarantee on all Telluride Lift Ticket and Epic Pass products. If you find a better price, we’ll match it and give you an additional $25 off (applies to base ticket price; excludes taxes, fees, or surcharges).

 

Refund Policy

Multi-day lift ticket purchases are refundable at 80% of the value paid up until 24 hours prior to your product’s start date. No refunds are granted inside of 24 hours of the start date.

Purchase & Use Requirements

• Lift tickets added to a package must be purchased at least 4 days in advance.

• Tickets are valid only at Telluride Ski & Golf Resort.

• Tickets are priced according to the season of your first ski day. If your stay spans two seasons, two separate tickets (one per season) may be purchased.

• Tickets do not need to be used on consecutive days-  they remain valid for the full length of your stay.

• Children age 5 and under ski FREE-  a complimentary lift ticket is still required. Proof of age may be required at lift ticket pick-up.

Ticket Delivery & Pick-up

After purchasing, guests will receive a confirmation email with instructions for how to retrieve or activate their lift ticket at the resort. Please bring photo ID and the confirmation number to pick up your ticket. Tickets will be loaded onto RFID cards.

Non-Transferability & Fraud Policy

Lift tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold. Sharing, unauthorized transfer or resale of tickets is prohibited and may result in confiscation and forfeiture of the ticket without refund.

Resort Conditions & Closure Disclaimer

Purchase of a lift ticket does not guarantee availability of any specific lift, slope, or resort facility. Opening, closure, or availability of lifts, terrain, and facilities is subject to weather, snow conditions, maintenance, and resort operations. Ski Trip Advisors is not responsible for resort closures or conditions beyond our control.

WARNING: Under Colorado law, skiing and snowboarding are inherently dangerous activities. By using a lift ticket, you acknowledge and assume all risks related to weather, snow and terrain conditions, collisions, variations in terrain, and other hazards. You understand that neither the resort, its operators, nor Ski Trip Advisors can be held liable for injuries arising from these inherent risks.

New for 2025: 5% Telluride Lift Ticket Tax

Beginning in the 2025 season, Telluride Ski & Golf Resort has implemented a 5% Lift Ticket Tax on all Telluride lift ticket products. This is a local tourism and recreation tax collected by the Town of Mountain Village and the Town of Telluride.

The tax is automatically applied to every Telluride lift ticket purchase—whether you buy through Ski Trip Advisors, directly from the resort, or any other seller.
