POLICIES:
Equipment rental packages must be booked a minimum of 72 hours in advance of your product start date.
Unused rental packages are refundable at 80% of the value paid if cancelled at least 48 hours in advance. Refunds are not given on partially used days or cancellations that incur inside of 48 hours of the rental start date.

Rates are subject to a 9.89% tax Rates listed are daily rates. Ski rental days are fully refundable at 90% of the value paid if not picked up. There are no refunds on partial days. Ski only rates include poles. Note that there is a surcharge for premium locations.
