How do I book my tickets?
You make book your package over the phone with a Ski Trip Advisors agent during normal business hours @ 888.315.8747 x 2, or feel free to book online at your convenience through our online concierge.
What does 3 of 4 mean?
The "3" is the number of days you are purchasing, the "4" refers to a 4 day period that you have to ski your number of purchased days. I.E if you purchased a 3 of 4 day pass that starts on 12/1 you could ski any 3 days between 12/1 & 12/4.
What mountains can I ski with my lift ticket ?
Your lift ticket is valid at Telluride Ski Resort.
How do I pick up my lift tickets?
Lift tickets purchased with Ski Trip Advisors will be placed in the Telluride Will-Call system and can be picked up at any Telluride Resort lift ticket window. Please make sure to have a valid picture ID available along with your Ski Trip Advisors Travel Document.
How does the $15 credit work?
All adult and senior Telluride lift ticket packages include complimentary one way shuttle service from Telluride Airport to Telluride (flying into Montrose, upgrade for only $37.50 OW or $90 RT) -or - a $15 credit towards any transportation, ski rental or lodging option purchased through Ski trip Advisors. Product rates can be found on our site, or we will match any rate found through a competitors site, hotel or management company direct, online discount booking site (Orbitz, Expedia, Booking.com, etc.) or through a private homeowner site (VRBO, Home Away, etc.) and still apply the $15 credit.
What if my tickets overlap seasons?
Lift tickets will be priced in the season on which the guest's first day of skiing falls. Two tickets (one in each season) may also be purchased.
May I book stand alone tickets?
Unfortunately not. Tickets must be bundled with at least one additional vacation component (ski rentals, transportation, ski school, or lodging). Please call us for details @ 888.315.8747 x 2.
What is your refund policy?
Totally unused lift passes will be refunded at the price paid if notice is received within two weeks after your departure date. Tickets received after the two week time period will not be refunded. Partially used lift passes are non-refundable.
